Baraabar

1.Information we collect

None.

Baraabar has no servers, no back-end, and no account system. It does not request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP addresses, location data, contact lists, photos, or any other personal information.

2.Information you enter into the app

When you create a trip, add members, or log expenses, that data is written to your device’s local storage — AsyncStorage on iOS and Android, or localStorage on the web. This data:

• Never leaves your device.
• Is not backed up to any remote server by the app.
• Is visible only to you, on your device.
• May be included in device-wide backups (iCloud Backup, Google Drive backup, or similar) if you have enabled those services separately — that is governed by Apple’s and Google’s own policies, not ours.

3.Network activity

Baraabar makes no network requests in the background. The only time the app opens a connection is when you explicitly tap:

• The Email or Phone row on the About screen — opens your default mail or phone app.
• A social link (GitHub, LinkedIn, or Instagram) on the About screen.
• The Privacy policy row — opens this page in your browser.

These taps hand off to the corresponding external service, which then operates under its own privacy policy. Baraabar itself transmits nothing.

4.Third-party services

None are integrated.

Baraabar does not include any analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, attribution, marketing, or cloud SDKs. There are no trackers. There is nothing to disable.

5.Cookies

The app itself does not use cookies. If you visit this web page to read the policy, your browser may set cookies per normal web behavior, and the hosting provider may keep access logs. No cookies are associated with the mobile app.

6.Your data, your control

Because everything is on your device, you are in full control:

• Delete a single trip — open the trip, tap the menu, choose Delete trip.
• Remove a single expense — long-press it in the list, choose Delete.
• Wipe everything — open About → Clear all data and confirm. This removes every trip, expense, and member from the device.
• Uninstall the app — removes everything the app ever stored, with no residue.

7.Children’s privacy

Baraabar does not collect personal information from anyone — children included. The app is not directed at children, but it also does not gather any data regardless of age.

8.Changes to this policy

If the app’s behavior changes in a way that affects what data it handles, this page will be updated with a new effective date. There is no in-app notification mechanism because the app does not talk to any server.
